By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or purchasing any of our services or products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding. Nature of Services

Entertainment Purposes Only
In accordance with New York State law, all astrology readings, tarot sessions, consultations, and related services offered through Emily Anne Astrology are for entertainment and recreational purposes only.

No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy or outcome of any information provided. Clients are encouraged to exercise their own judgment when interpreting insights.

Our services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. For such matters, you should seek assistance from a licensed professional in the appropriate profession.

  • I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, or politician.

  • You must seek professional support from a qualified expert for health, legal, financial, or political concerns.

  • Consultations provide opinions and perspectives, not advice or directives.

  • Astrology, tarot, and other spiritual practices are interpretive tools. No prediction or forecast can be 100% accurate.

  • You are solely responsible for how you choose to interpret and apply the information provided.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

  • Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

  • By booking, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Payments

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase.

  • Accepted payment methods: e.g., credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Square, Venmo.

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All digital product sales are final.

  • For consultations:

    1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

    2. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of payment.

    3. If you do not show within 15 minutes of the session, I will take that as a no-show, and you will not be refunded.

    4. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for consultations, services, digital products, or bookings once purchased.

      Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance, missed appointments, or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

      If a client needs to reschedule with proper notice, the original payment may be applied as a credit toward a future session or a different service, subject to availability.

      By booking a service or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund and rescheduling policy. Confidentiality

  • Any personal or birth data shared during a session will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.

    Please note: electronic communications (email, Zoom, etc.) are not 100% secure.|

    Pricing and Rate Changes

    All service rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Rates in effect at the time of booking will be honored for that confirmed appointment only. Future bookings, services, or event engagements may be subject to updated pricing.

    Emily Anne Astrology reserves the right to adjust pricing based on experience level, demand, scope of service, event requirements, travel, and preparation time.


    Event and Group Booking Rates

    Event, corporate, and group booking rates differ from individual session pricing and are quoted separately based on the specific details of the event.

    All event pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis and is not publicly listed. Published session rates do not apply to event bookings.

    Emily Anne Astrology reserves the right to determine all event fees at its sole discretion.

    A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure event bookings. Dates are not guaranteed until payment is received.

    Full payment terms will be outlined in the event agreement.

    Travel and Additional Fees

    Travel, lodging, and setup fees may apply and will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

    Overtime
    Additional time beyond the agreed time booking may be billed at an hourly rate.

    Event Booking Minimum

    Emily Anne Astrology offers live event services with a minimum booking requirement of two (2) consecutive hours.

    This minimum ensures adequate time for preparation, travel, energetic focus, and delivering a high-quality experience for all guests.

    Shorter engagements may be considered at Emily Anne Astrology's discretion and may be subject to a minimum service fee.

    Press and Media

    Emily Anne Astrology is available for select media appearances, interviews, and expert commentary.

    All press and media requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to approval and separate media terms.

    Unauthorized recording, publication, or distribution of any consultation or original material is strictly prohibited.

    Media features do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Digital Products

  • All digital downloads, zines, guides, and PDFs are for personal use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

  • Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, branding, and digital products, is the property of Emily Anne Astrology unless otherwise credited.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

Group Events & Workshops

  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior.

  • We reserve the right to remove disruptive individuals without refund.

  • Recording is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.

Session Recordings, Data Use, AI Disclosure

If sessions are recorded, this occurs only with prior client consent. Recordings are provided for the client’s personal use only.

Recordings may not be shared, published, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes in any form.

Recordings are stored securely within Zoom and/or Dropbox and are accessible only to Emily Anne Astrology. Recordings are not shared with third parties. Recordings are retained solely for the client’s access in the event of accidental loss or technical issues on the client’s end.

Client sessions, personal information, and recordings are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to others except as required by law.

While reasonable measures are taken to protect digital files, no method of electronic storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. By consenting to recording, clients acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

Recordings may be deleted after a reasonable period of time at the sole discretion of Emily Anne Astrology.

Artificial intelligence tools may be used during sessions for administrative or supportive purposes, such as session summaries or note assistance (for example, an AI companion within Zoom).

AI tools are used only to support the session experience and do not replace human services. Client information is not intentionally used to train AI models, nor is it shared beyond the scope of the session platform’s functionality. Privacy & Data Use

  • We may collect personal information (such as name, email, and birthdate) to provide our services.

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

  • By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Marketing & Communication

  • By booking or subscribing, you consent to receive emails, including confirmations, reminders, and newsletters.

    You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

    Third-Party Referrals and External Links

    Emily Anne Astrology may provide references, recommendations, or links to third-party practitioners, businesses, services, or other resources for informational and convenience purposes. Any such listings are provided as a courtesy only.

    All third-party practitioners and businesses operate independently and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Emily Anne Astrology. Emily Anne Astrology does not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, safety, legality, or outcome of any services provided by third parties.

    By choosing to engage with any third-party practitioner or business, you acknowledge and agree that your interactions, agreements, and services are solely between you and that third party. Emily Anne Astrology shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, harm, dispute, or dissatisfaction arising from or related to services provided by any third party.

    Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

    Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our services or content for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others during sessions or in related communities.

  • Redistribute, copy, or resell our intellectual property without permission.

  • Misrepresent your age or identity when booking.

  • Stalk, harass, bully, or cyberbully, including triangulation, before, during, or after consultation or sessions.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or products.

  • You accept full responsibility for your choices and actions following a consultation or purchase.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emily Anne Astrology from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York States/NY, NY, United States of America

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York State, NYC, United States of America.

Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration, depending on local laws.

Mental Health Disclaimer and Right to Refuse Service


Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide guidance on mental health conditions. Astrology and related practices are for entertainment and personal reflection only, and are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or crisis support.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if a client appears to be experiencing significant mental illness, emotional instability, or crisis that would make a session inappropriate or potentially harmful. In such cases, clients will be encouraged to seek professional support from licensed mental health providers.

Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
